MG Versus Triumph Race:

All SVRA eligible MG and Triumph vehicles. For the first time, Morgan will join Triumph in defending its title, while MG will be assisted by the Morris and Austin Healey marques.

Historic Stock Car Racing Group Race:

Stock cars that have been raced or built for NASCAR competition prior to 1994. The cars have the same graphics, paint schemes, and body styles as they originally carried in NASCAR-sanctioned competition.

SVRA Group 1:

Small displacement production-based sports cars and sedans in production prior to 1973. Sports racing cars and H-modifieds and sports racers having a displacement less than 850cc. MG-T series cars. Formula Vee and select other formula cars. Examples include Honda S-600/800, Triumph Spitfire, Fiat-Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Lotus Seven, Mini Cooper, etc.

SVRA Group 2:

Open-wheel single seat "formula" cars built and raced prior to 1973, including Formula One, Formula Two, Formula Three, Formula B, Formula C, Formula Junior, Formula Ford, and Formula Vee. Examples include Lotus, Brabham, Caldwell, Titan, Crossle, Merlyn, Royale, Elva, Hawke, etc.

SVRA Group 3:

Production-based sports cars and sedans with displacement under 3000cc and produced prior to 1968. Examples include MGA and B, TR-3 and 4, Austin Healey, Porsche 356, Elva Courier, Morgan, Diamler, Sunbeam, etc.

SVRA Group 4:

Racing sports cars, GT cars, and modifieds prepared to 1959 or earlier specifications. Examples include Lotus 9, 11, 15 and 17, Jaguar XK120, C and D, Maserati, Lister, Allard, Elva, etc.

SVRA Group 5:

2.0 litre or smaller purpose built racing sports cars as raced between 1960 and 1972. World Sports Car Championship and World Manufacturer's Championship GT's and prototypes as raced between 1960 and 1972. USRRC sports cars and Can-Am raced before 1967. Front engine "specials" as raced after 1959. Examples include Chaparral, McLaren, Lotus 19, 30 & 40, Ferrari 250 GTO, Cooper Monaco, etc.

SVRA Group 6:

Big-bore production sports cars and sedans as raced prior to 1973, including Trans-Am sedans. Examples include Shelby GT-350, Mustang, Corvette, Cobra, Camaro, Jaguar XKE and Barracuda.

SVRA Group 7:

Can-Am sports car as raced after 1967. World Championship sports cars, IMSA and FIA prototypes as raced after 1970. FIA Category C & C/2 and IMSA GTP & GTP/light prototypes. Select Formula One and Indy cars. Examples include McLaren, Porsche 908, 917, 956 and 962, Lola, Chevron, Ferrari 312 and 512, Nissan, Toyota and Jaguar.

SVRA Group 8:

Select production-based sports cars and sedans as raced prior to 1972. Examples include Lotus Super 7, Datsun 240Z, BMW 2002, Porsche 911, 912 and 914, Datsun 510, Escort and Alfa Romeo GTA

SVRA Group 9:

Open-wheel single seat "formula" cars as raced between 1972 and 1979. All cars are flat bottom, pre-ground effects types. Examples include Formula Atlantic, Super Vee, Formula 5000, Formula 2.

SVRA Group 10:

Select GT sports cars and sedans as raced after 1972, including IMSA GTU/GTO. Production series cars such as Corvette Challenge and World Sports Car Challenge. Examples include Porsche RSR, 934 and 935, Greenwood Corvette, Dekon Monza, IROC Camaro, Mustang and Mazda RX7.

Enduro Championship Races:

In general, sports, GT and FIA World Manufacturers Championship coupes built through Dec. 31, 1972 and select later cars are eligible.
