Randy Kinser to Race With Support Series By Kendra Jacobs TIFFIN, Ohio (Feb. 9) — After deciding he wants to race with sprint car racing's elite more, Randy Kinser will compete for the World of Outlaws Support Series championship this season. "I'm looking forward to this season," the driver of the #14 Franklin Power Products/Quaker State sprinter said. "Our motor situation is good. I think we can definitely be competitive." The 2000 season will carry new challenges for the Bloomington, IN, based driver. The Support Series' Pennsylvania events will introduce Kinser to facilities where he has never raced before. The NASCAR-based tracks such as Lowe's Motor Speedway and Bristol will also be new to Kinser. "I'm really looking forward to Bristol," Kinser said. "That race will be a piece of history." Kinser, the younger brother of "King of the Outlaws" Steve Kinser, will begin his season with the Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series at Kings Speedway in Hanford, CA, February 25th. Crew members Gary DuBois, Kenneth Wilham and Cecil Crafton should have the #14 in top form to compete with the Support Series, which opens its inaugural season at Lernerville Speedway April 14th.
