New Dates Added to O'Reilly ASCS National Slate

TULSA, Okla. (May 18, 2004) - New dates in Nebraska, Mississippi and Louisiana have been added to the 2004 O'Reilly American Sprint Car Series National Tour slate presented by Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores and United Trailers.

Nebraska Raceway Park in Greenwood, NE, will host the nation's premier touring 360-ci Sprint Car series on Thursday night, June 10. The series' first stop at the Nebraska 4/10 mile dirt oval since 1997 leads into this year's edition of the Knoxville 360 Nationals the following two nights, June 11-12.

Delta Bowl Speedway in Tunica, MS, which hosted the season opener on March 27, has added an additional weekend of O'Reilly ASCS National action on Friday and Saturday, August 20-21. The series also takes to Tunica's high-banked three-eighths mile oval for a two-day set on June 18-19 as well as the fifth leg of the 12th Annual ASCS Speedweek on July 15.

The series has also added a date at Fast Trax Speedway in Chatham, LA, on Friday night, September 24, making for a Louisiana double as the series takes to Boothill Speedway near Shreveport, LA, the following night.

With the additions, the 2004 O'Reilly ASCS National Tour now consists of 40 nights of racing at 21 different tracks throughout ten states including Arkansas, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.
