Fred Rahmer picked up his fourth win of the season at Lincoln Speedway on saturday night. Rahmer started 12th, next to Cris Eash who started 11th. Rahmer lost a few places at the start when someone got crossed up in front of him but Rahmer was fifth by lap six.

Rahmer and Eash dueled side by side from lap eight to the end of the twenty five lap feature. At half distance, Brian Timmons, who started on the pole, continued to lead, but Rahmer and Eash roared around the track, side by side fighting for second place.

Brian Timmons drove a good race holding the lead until lap seventeen when the Rahmer and Eash Show blew by on a restart. Jeff Rohrbough followed Rahmer and Eash, putting Timmons in fourth by the end of the lap.

Brian Gobrecht who flipped and caught fire in his heat race last week was back at Lincoln this week. Brian lead flag to flag in heat two, holding off Dan Jones to take the win. Brian Gobrecht started fourth in the feature and ran as high as second before the big guns made their way to the front. Brian, a rookie in the sprint division this year finished the feature in the top ten.

Sprint Notes:

Tim Kuhn was back in his 2$ sprinter at Lincoln. Kuhn, who had a feature win at Lincoln on April 19th, had handed the driving duties to Joey Allen for a couple of races.

Lincoln regular Kevin Gobrecht ran with the All Stars at Attica Raceway Park in Ohio. Kevin set third fasted time on Friday night. Rain canceled friday night's All Star action at Attica.

The All Stars have rescheduled their rained out race for this friday night. This friday had been an open date for the All Stars. Many teams had planned on running at the World of Outlaws race at Williams Grove this friday night because of the live television coverage.

Lance Dewease won the feature saturday night at Port Royal Speedway. Rod George was second, while Todd Shaffer retired with mechanical troubles.
