There will be an informational meeting held to discuss the future of the recently created Heartland 305 Sprint Series in Southern Minnesota. Bill Woodworth, founder of the new series, will be on hand at the meeting room of the Norseman Restaurant in Cokato, MN at 5PM on Sunday, November 19th to provide information on the future of the series and to address questions and concerns. "The purpose of the meeting is to determine if there is enough interest from the drivers to proceed with the development of this series and to show promoters that this would be a series that would benefit them", Woodworth stated. The meeting is open to the public and all interested drivers, media personnel, and potential promoters are strongly encouraged to attend and to provide input throughout the course of the meeting. There is no charge to attend the meeting, and although a dinner will not be provided, guests are welcome to purchase food and beverages at their own expense. The Norseman Restaurant is located at 525 Cokato Street West in Cokato is just off US Hwy. 12. Everyone is encouraged to attend, and the Heartland 305 Sprint Series looks forward to a promising first season of operation in 2001. Please contact Bill Woodworth at (952) 361-9763 or e-mail him at Heartlandsprint@webtv.net for further information.
