Williamson, NY - Wayne Regional Orthopaedics (WRO), PLLC, will team up with Fulton Speedway to provide a spectacular night of racing and festivities on September 1st. WRO will sponsor a full slate of racing including the second appearance of the Central NY Mini Sprint (CNYMS) Tour at Fulton this year. The mini sprints will complement the regular show at Fulton, including the modified, sportsman, pro stock, pure stock and enduro classes.

In addition to the regular track purse, WRO will give a cash bonus to each feature winner. In addition, and courtesy of Arcardia Sports and Awards (Newark, NY) and Casual Friday Corporate Apparel (Rochester, NY), respectively, a commemorative plaque and golf shirt will be awarded to each feature winner. Several businesses have teamed up with WRO to provide additional lap bonus money for each competing class, and/or raffle prizes for the race fans to be distributed during intermission. Included in this list are Casual Friday, Central New York Mini Sprints, Inc. (Scotia, NY), E & V Energy, Cherry Grove Campground, and Russell's Home Center (all of Wolcott, NY), Heluva Good Foods, Lessord's Chrysler Products, Mikonna Properties, and Northern Wayne Auto Supply (all of Sodus, NY), Mr. Auto/Parts Plus (Ontario, NY), Professional Tire and Service (Norwich, NY), and Lyons National Bank (Lyons, NY).

Mike Emhof, of Sodus, NY, who drives the Branich Motorsports mini sprint sponsored in part by WRO, will help toss additional prizes, including several CNYMS t-shirts, to the fans during intermission. Jan Leaty, of Williamson, NY, who drives the Schum/Branich asphalt modified on the 2001 NASCAR Featherlite Modified tour, will have his car on hand and sign autographs behind the main grandstands before the racing action begins. Leaty's ride is also sponsored in part by WRO.
