USA Sprints vs FSCA Sprints in Florida Challenge Series!

The Florida Sprint Car Association and the USA Sprints will meet heads up for a Florida Challenge Series Invitational "Match Race" at Putnam County Speedway Saturday night July 31st. This Special "Match Race" was brought about by Otto Scrape and RC Roper the two Series Promoters and Track Promoter Mike Partin. This was made possible when Scape who is also a driver in the FSCA extended an invitation to the USA Sprints for this Race. The drivers will be competing for the overall purse but will maintain their prospective points for each organization.

The USA Sprints & FSCA Sprints Drivers and Owners are excited about the opportunity that the FSCA Sprints have given the USA Sprints. This will be the first ever co promoted event of its kind for Limited Sprint car Racing in Florida. Andy Kelly #11 from Plant City Florida with 3 Wins and who is the current USA Sprints Top Point man will do battle against Gene Lasker #2 from Tampa Florida who has Won 4 races this year so far. Not far behind Lasker is Lee Scape #42 who has 3 Wins. This will be the first visit there for both Florida based Organizations in 2004.

Both Organizations bring racers who have won hundreds of races and dozens of Championships into this special "Match" race. Expectations are high from Florida Sprint Car fans. Some of the USA Sprints Stars looking for a Win include Bob "Thunderfoot Schaeffer #22 from New Castle, Colorado, Bruce Durden #17 from Jacksonville and John Cinkota #45 from Orlando, Florida. The FSCA Sprints have Bubba 'The Love Sponge" Clem # 04,Scott Broyles #24 and Dan Pickett #27. All these drivers will be in the hunt for sure.
