The ESS/URC Challenge Series has been a huge hit ever since it's first event in 1994 and will take to new heights as the "Moody Mile" will showcase the 360 c.i. winged warriors. The event will be open to all ESS and URC full member competitors with practice and time trials held on Friday, Oct. 6. The fastest 24 cars will be locked into Saturdays lucrative feature event. The field could possibly swell to 30 as both ESS and URC will hold three qualifying races during their tours. The winner of each qualifying race will be granted a guaranteed starting status in the main event. If one or more of these drivers do not time in the top 24, they will be added at the back of the field.
