Friday evening at Little Valley NY, it was not the best evening for Team Bergeron. With a very dry track, the car had no grip and Alain Bergeron ended seventh in his heat. In the A-Main event, same track conditions and it is in eighteenth place that Alain Bergeron finished the race.
Saturday evening, Alain Bergeron decided to join the Sprint Car regular drivers at Black Rock Speedway. Everything was going well in A-Main and the native of Saint Pie QC was to make the pass to take the lead when the two Sprints got together. It was the collision and the evening was over for Team Bergeron.
Sunday night, Empire Super Sprints drivers met themselves at Cornwall Motor Speedway. The evening began in beautiful way for Alain Bergeron as he won his heat. This performance gave him his passport for the DASH race and it was close that Alain Bergeron won his fourth DASH of the season. He finished second. Everything was looking good for the A-Main with his fourth place on the starting grid. One the first lap of the race, Alain Bergeron was third and was looking for the leaders but between turns 3 and 4, the car that was inside him just touched the 8B Sprint enough to make it going sideways. Another car went to collide it. However, the car was ok and Alain Bergeron was able to restart from the back. From that point, Alain Bergeron was on a mission and the Sprint #8B began to go to the front that allowed him to finished the A-Main in the seventh place. The car was one of the fastest on the track.
