Two east coast tracks will kick off their 1997 racing seasons this weekend. Lincoln Speedway, located between Hanover, PA. and Abbottstown, PA., will start their season with Sprint Cars and Thundercars at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday February 22.

Two east coast tracks will kick off their 1997 racing seasons this weekend. Lincoln Speedway, located between Hanover, PA. and Abbottstown, PA., will start their season with Sprint Cars and Thundercars at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday February 22. Gates open at noon and hot laps start at 1:30 p.m.

On Sunday February 23 at 2 p.m., Hagerstown Speedway, located west of Hagerstown, MD on Route 40, opens for its 50th season of racing. Gates open at 11:00 a.m. and warm-ups start at 1:00 p.m.

Sprint Cars and Late Models are on the card at Hagerstown Sunday afternoon with a 30 lap feature for the sprints and a 40 lapper for the Late Models. The winner of each division will take home $3,000.00.
