Selinsgrove Speedway's April 13 racing program has been rained out. The decision was made by mid-afternoon as persistent rains continued at the Snyder County oval.

Selinsgrove moves to it's regular 7 p.m. starting time on April 20 when it will host a regular four-division program of sprints, late models, pro stocks and road runners.

The speedway then returns to action on April 27 and 28 with a blockbuster weekend on tap.

April 27 will see the speedway host Pack The Track II, featuring free grandstand admission. The next night, April 28, the 410 sprint cars return to Selinsgrove for the running of the very first Jan Opperman Memorial, featuring a $10,000 challenge if one of the scheduled front row starters opts for the rear and proceeds to win the event.

Pack The Track II is sponsored by the Selinsgrove Hotel and Cindy Rowe Auto Glass while Middleswarth Potato Chips and Lash Service Center present the Opperman Memorial, "Chip Challenge" for sprints along with the Super Sportsman.
