All Stars reschedule Lernerville Makeup Friday June 25
CAMARGO, IL -- It will be a "MAC"nificent night at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, PA. Joining the MACS Late Models Friday, June 25, will be the rescheduled August 29, 2003 Earl & David Bauman Memorial All Star Sprint feature. The Lernerville management and All Star President Guy Webb have agreed to a "Last Chance" race enabling additional drivers to qualify for the 35-lap main event. Also the fans will enjoy a B-Feature for Non-Qualifiers. Rain checks from the August 29, 2003 show will be honored. The MACS Late Models will hold time trials prior to the 7:30 starting time. This promises to be another awesome race night for the fans at Lernerville.
Many drivers already are locked into the feature from the 2003 preliminary events. Since several pre-qualified drivers do not have rides this season, several feature starting spots are open. These spots will be filled by a non-qualifier's race (or more than one race if the number of cars on hand warrants), with the top finishers advancing to the All Star feature. These non-qualifiers events are open to all sprint car competitors, and will be lined up according to a pill draw.
All Star members participating in the Lernerville program will be awarded 2004 show-up points for the evening's activities.
