PONCE INLET, FL - For the first time ever, the United States Tobacco Company will be involved with the All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Car Series. Through the efforts of racing paper publisher Herman Staats and Tim White of the Marketing and Promotions Department of the Northeast Region of the United States Tobacco Sales and Marketing Company, Inc., U.S. Tobacco will sample product and have a presence at three Ohio Speedweek shows. The events are Tuesday June 27 at the Fremont Speedway, Thursday June 29 at the Sharon Speedway and Friday June 30 at Limaland Motorsports Park. U.S. Tobacco's display at these events will include product sampling for race fans, 18 and older. They will be greeted by the familiar white picket fence and U.S. Tobacco tent for free product samples. "Thanks to the efforts of Herman and Tim White, we're glad to have the United States Tobacco Company join with the All Stars for these three events," stated All Star President Bert Emick. "They have expressed intentions of becoming more involved with our series in 2001 and in the future," Emick concluded.
