16 year old Lucas Wolfe to make All Star Sprint debut Friday.

Mechanicsburg, PA -- Second generation sprint car driver Lucas Wolfe will make his All Star Circuit of Champions racing debut this Friday night May 2 at Williams Grove Speedway. The 16-year-old Cumberland Valley High School student is the son of former central Pa. and All Star driver Randy Wolfe. He made his first ever sprint car start at Williams Grove earlier this season, and managed to qualify for the feature in a tough field of Central Pa. regulars.

After running in his first ever sanctioned sprint car program, the $6,000 to win Early Bird Championship at Williams Grove on Friday, Wolfe will travel to Western Pa. on Saturday and Sunday to compete in a 125cc shifter kart at the BeaveRun Motorsports Complex in Wampum, Pa.

Racing on the road course at BeaveRun for Wolfe is part of the Championship Auto Racing Team (CART) "Champ Car Stars of Tomorrow" series for up and coming race car drivers. Indy car veteran Bobby Rahal oversees the series.
