PONCE INLET, FL - As the All Star Sprint car season heads into its’ final month, action heats up over the next two weekends. Six races are set for nine days, with a $10,000 to win show and a pair of $6,000 to win shows on tap. September action kicks off over Labor Day weekend, starting Friday, Sept. 1 at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, PA for the $6,000 to win Earl and Dave Bauman Memorial event. The next two evenings, action moves an hour northwest to the Sharon Speedway in Hartford, OH where the 20th annual Sharon Nationals pays $5,000 to win Saturday and $10,000 to win Sunday. The weekend concludes with Monday’s annual Attica Ambush at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, OH Labor Day evening. Two shows not on the original All Star schedule are up on Sept. 8 and 9. The first is a rain-out makeup at Butler Motor Speedway in Quincy, MI on Friday Sept. 8. The following evening, $6,000 to win and $500 to start is posted for Frankie Kerr Night at his hometown track, Fremont Speedway, honoring the now retired four-time All Star champion. Several of the shows will be broadcast live over the Internet on RSBN.net, starting at Lernerville and continuing at Sharon and Attica, hosted by DJ Johnson and Scott Hall. Butler’s Sept. 8 show can be heard on RSBN.net with TJ Slideways and Scott Hall calling the action.
