All Stars announce additional sponsor list for 2003 season.
CAMARGO, IL -- Guy Webb, President of the All Star Circuit of Champions, announced today an impressive list of corporate, special award, point fund and contingency sponsors to support the All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Car series for the 2003 season.
New sponsors supporting the series this season are Super Shox, a manufacturer of sprint car shocks, and Shank Motorsports, an Indiana based supplier of sprint car components.
Heading the list of returning sponsors is Haulmark Trailers and Motorcoaches, who is designated as the All Star presenting sponsor for this season. Haulmark.com is the "Official Trailer of the All Stars." Haulmark also will sponsor the Haulmark Dash each race night.
There are several other major sponsors on-board for 2003. Bazell Race Fuels, Logan Ohio is the "Official Race Fuel of The All Star Circuit of Champions." Arizona Sports Shirts, Indianapolis, IN is the "Official Merchandise of the All Star Circuit of Champions" and Sander Engineering, Torrance, CA is the "Official Racing Wheel of the All Star Circuit of Champions." Honda East, Toledo Ohio is designated as the "Official 4 Wheel Utility vehicle of The All Star Circuit of Champions."
"Manufacturers Rookie of the Year" Contingency Sponsors are Shank Motorsports, Hanks Performance Products, Super Shox, Kears Speed Shop, Fisher Performance and Fuel Safe Inc. The other corporate sponsor aboard this season is Vortex Spray on liner by Autosport.
The roster also includes contingency award sponsors, plus support from five tire companies and four heat race sponsors. Crown Battery of Fremont Ohio is the first heat race sponsor this season. B&B Oval Track Products from Mentor, OH will sponsor heat race number two throughout the season, with Engler Machine and Tool from Princeton, IN returning as heat race number three sponsor. TP Wings from Bloomington, IN is the heat race number four sponsor. United Aluminum Window Sales and Consulting from Hellam, PA will return as the series' B Main sponsor. The C Main Sponsor is Outerwears Pre-Filters and Racing Accessories from Schoolcraft, MI.
All Pro Heads, Bailey Racing Products, Coastal Unilube, Donovan Engineering, Eagle Chassis, Gaerte Engines, Ham Signs, Intercomp Scales, J&J Auto Racing, Kistler Engines, KSE Racing Products, Maxim Chassis, QA1 Precision Products, Rodeck Aluminum Blocks, Royal Publishing, Schoenfeld Headers and Team Simpson Racing make up the list of those who will contribute to the year-end awards for the sprint car series as contingency award sponsors.
Tire company support comes from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., Competition Tire West, Race Tire America, American Racer-Dayton Enterprises and Hoosier Racing Tires.
"America's Series, The All Star Circuit of Champions" will present a slate of 73 sprint car race dates in 2003 from February to October in action at 31 speedways in 17 states. America's favorite dirt track series is in its' 23rd year and has presented fans with the largest average car count and greatest number of different race winners in the United States over the past two decades.
The 2003 All Star sprint season kicks off with eight Florida Speedweek dates, four at Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville) Feb. 6-9 and another four at the East Bay Raceway Park (Gibsonton) where the 27th annual Winternationals runs Feb. 12-15.
