Grainger, in his Acura/AutoTire 1997 Acura Integra Type R, earned the second-place finish after driving the course 0.265-sec. faster than G.H. Sharp of Kernersville, N.C., could muster in his SFMotorsports Hendrick Imports 2002 BMW 330Ci.
In C Street Prepared, Tim Aro burned everyone, taking the class win by 1.384 seconds in his McGeorgeToyota.com/Skittles 2002 Toyota MR2 Spyder. Aro, of Richmond, Va., nailed down the win, leaving a battle for second between Mike Feher, of Columbus, Ohio, and Aro's co-driver, Rod McGeorge, of Richmond, Va. In the end, it was Feher's M.A>N. Mapping Serv/Canter GP 1985 Honda Civic beating out McGeorge in the Spyder by 0.138-sec.
Sam Strano, of Brookville, Pa., whipped the rest of the E Street Prepared entry list by a sizeable 2.154 seconds.
