Schultz said, "The new 25A compound Hoosier Tire made the difference. The 25A Hoosier was very predictable and provided faster cornering speeds enabling us to bring the class track record down from 1minute 18.8 seconds to 1minute17.4 seconds.

The new Hoosier Tires along with SUNOCO Race Fuel, Red Line Synthetic Oil, CYCLO Products, Hi Tech Clutches, MRC Performance Machine, and GRAND Products all combined to give the VERIZON Invader F500 the winning performance advantage".

Schultz will next defend his 2000 Northeast Division Championship Title at New Hampshire International Raceway, in Louden NH on May 5 and 6. Join the excitement of Sports Car Club of America racing; check out these web sites, www.scca.org and www.f500.org.
