(San Diego, CA 4/1/00) UNION 76 racing fuel, the official fuel of the National Auto Sports Association, has added its name to the list of sponsors for the MAZDA Charity Challenge. Bryant Oil Co., the distributor of UNION 76 racing products, signed on to help this series raise funds for Fresh Start Surgical Gifts, a National Point of Light children's charity providing reconstructive surgery for children with birth defects or are the victims of trauma, disease or abuse. The majority of the recipients of this care are American children that otherwise would not receive these much needed surgeries.
"With the support of such great companies as MAZDA, TOYO TIRES and UNION 76/Bryant Oil, we will be able to get the word out about the availability of these services so that no child in need in America shall be overlooked" states Dr. John Reed, a Fresh Start Volunteer. "We perform these surgeries in both California and Tennessee through a network of volunteers--MD's, Nurses and folks from all walks of life."
The MAZDA Charity Challenge is a series of races at Cajon and Orange Show Speedways in Southern California featuring MAZDA RX-7 race cars on the circle track.
