For the first time this weekend, Patrick Snijers will make use of one Subaru WRC "last generation", the car drived by Benoit Rousselot, the French Tarmac champion 2002

At the occasion of the 39th Ypres Westhoek Rally, round 6 of the European Rally championship (coef. 20), Patrick Snijers and John Muth will drive the Subaru WRC2002 ex-Makinen with which the French Tarmac champion 2002, Benoit Rousselot, began the season 2003.

A car that the seven times Belgian champion and his codriver will align then at the end of July in Deutschland Rally, round 7 of the World Rally Championship and with which they will complete the Belgian Rally Championship of first division.

"The tests carried out recently in the north of France were very positive since we arrived quickly at a good set up" explained Willy Collignon, the boss of First Motorsport, very happy that the Belgian champion finally found the means of aligning the best First's car, "which will use, as usual, tires Pirelli, the Italian manufacturer having ensured us of a service of quality".

This weekend, First Motorsport will ensure also the service of Subaru Impreza Gr.A aligned by Bernard Munster and his codriver, Haghedooren.
