DETROIT -- The General Motors' Cadillac CTS-V racing team will again field a third car for the August 21 SCCA SPEED World Challenge GT race at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisc. Ron Fellows, recent Cadillac winner at Mosport, will once again pilot the #12 CTS-V race car along with teammates Max Angelelli and Andy Pilgrim.

"Ron Fellows proved that he is a top-notch race car driver at Mosport when he got in our car with virtually no seat time and went on to claim a pole position and victory," said David Spitzer, program manager for the Cadillac CTS-V race car. "With him back in the car at Elkhart Lake along with Max Angelelli and Andy Pilgrim, we're looking forward to improving our position for the Manufacturers' title."

After seven rounds in the SPEED GT, Cadillac has two victories, two pole positions and four podium finishes. Andy Pilgrim is just 14 points back from the leader in the Drivers' championship and Cadillac currently trails Audi by two points for the Manufacturers' championship.

"I can't wait to get back in the Cadillac at Road America," said Fellows. "The Team Cadillac crew guys are great to work with and the CTS-V is very fun to drive, not to mention it's the coolest looking car on the track. Hopefully Max and Andy and I can put a black car up near the front on Saturday's race."

Team Cadillac will start official practice sessions at Road America on Friday, August 20 in preparation for Saturday's race.
