Pirelli World Challenge reaches full field for Long Beach race weekend

Pirelli World Challenge continues to impress with strong grids for every event.

The third round of the 2015 Pirelli World Challenge season is set to get underway at the famed Long Beach street circuit, this weekend. The GT, GTA, and GTC cars will all be on hand in support of IndyCar.

This is the PWC's tenth consecutive visit to the streets of Long Beach, an 11-turn and 1.968 mile stretch of road, cutting through downtown. The series expects a capacity field of 40 cars present as drivers and teams seek to earn the honor of capturing the checkered flag at Long Beach.

Starting up front will be key, with no former winner coming from outside the top five. American Johnny O'Connell is the defending overall victor, doing so in a Cadillac CTS-V last year.
