Noble M12 GTO to pace SCCA Speed GT Championship field at Sebring.

SEBRING, Fla. (March 13, 2003) -- SCCA Pro Racing announced today that the British supercar Noble M12 GTO will lead the 33-car SCCA Speed World Challenge GT field to the starting grid of Friday's season opener, part of the 51st Mobil1 Twelve Hours of Sebring.

In addition to serving as a pace car, the American distributor of the car, 1G Racing, also presented Speed GT polesitter Phil McClure with the 1G Racing Pole Award.

"The combination of high-horsepower Speed GT cars and the Noble M12 GTO will provide the crowd at Sebring with quite a show," said Mitch Wright, SCCA Pro Racing Vice President and General Manager. "We're pleased to have the car here with us this weekend and thank them for their involvement in the event."

The Noble M12 GTO can be seen at the SCCA Pro Racing trailer in the Speed World Challenge paddock through Friday.

The Toyo Tires-shod Noble M12 GTO will lead the SCCA Speed World Challenge field on the presentation lap Friday at 4:25 p.m. (eastern) at historic Sebring International Raceway. For more information, please visit www.world-challenge.com.
