Turner Motorsport upbeat returning to Mosport; team looks to build on their spring race success.

Amesbury, MA - August 14, 2002 - Returning to Mosport for the second time this year, the Turner Motorsport team is confident they can repeat the success they had in the spring.

"I feel pretty confident coming into the Mosport weekend," said Will Turner, who finished second and set the fastest lap with a record 1:35.254 (96.336 mph) with the #92 Turner Motorsport / H&R Springs BMW 325i in the spring. "The testing we did in May gave us a nearly perfect setup, so I think we'll be in great shape when we arrive. I look for the cars to be good right off the trailer."

Frank Selldorff [#94 Turner Motorsport / H&R Springs BMW 325i] is also anxious to get back to Mosport.

"That was a great weekend for me personally," said Frank. "I qualified well and I had the car up to fourth before I picked up a patch of mud and spun out. I'm not sure where I could have finished, but the car was great."

Bobby Sak will also be back in Mosoport driving the #93 Turner Motorsport / H&R Springs / missingchildren.ca BMW 325i.

"Last trip I was doing double duty driving World Challenge and Trans Am events," said Bobby. "Even though I moved up from 18th to 13th in the spring race, I expect better results. I've really got my sights set on a top five finish here. This is a good track for me."

Turner Motorsport and the SPEED World Challenge Touring Series are at the Mosport Sports Car course in Bowmanville, Ontario, August 16-18. The race will air on SPEED Channel at 10pm on September 6.
