This weekend is race two for the Star Mazda North American Championship. World Speed Motorsports is headed to the streets of Houston with Ace Carrio in the #14 Fosgate car. Live timing, updates, and schedules are available at the series website.

Adrian 'Ace' Carrio and World Speed Motorsports are headed off to the Houston Grand Prix this weekend. "I am very confident in our performance for this weekend both out of World Speed and myself, said Adrian. Since Sebring we have raised our game and developed our car and strategies. We believe we can put a strong effort into a good result for the team and sponsors."

The whole team is confident in Adrian because of his great finish at Sebring when he placed 3rd in the Rockford Fosgate number 14 car.

This weekend's event is on May 14th and will be hosted by Champ Car and the Atlantic Series. For a race fan racing can't get much better than this. The amount of talent in the Star Mazda series is just as great as ever, and will be sure to put in a great show. The Star Mazda series will be shown on the Speed Channel May 28th at 5 pm. For this weekend World Speed with be featuring a new driver coach for Houston. Grant Ryley has agreed to Coach for Adrian this race, in replacement for John Olsen. John will be on for the next race at mid- Ohio. Grant has had lots of good experience on street courses, and he is a great asset to have coming into a race like this.
