Special Event, AGP -- Albert Park, March 4 to 7

Race 3:
Stewards held an inquiry into an incident involving car #7 Rodney Jane and car #9 Dean Cook at turn 3. After viewing video footage and other evidence, Mr. Rodney Jane was found to be in breach of NCR 183 Part (x). The stewards imposed a $5,000.00 penalty, with $3,000.00 being suspended until the conclusion of the final round of the 2004 Carrera Cup.

Race 4:
An inquiry commenced on March 7 to look at an incident between car #8 Tony Quinn and car #21 Marcus Marshall at turn 11. Both drivers presented their evidence in person and a written track-side report was accepted. The inquiry advised Mr. Marshall he was facing a possible breach of NCR 183 Part(x). The inquiry has been adjourned to a later date.

Round 1, Clipsal 500 -- Adelaide, March 18 to 21

Race 1:
Stewards held an inquiry with Klark Quinn car #28 and Peter Hill car #66 after receiving a trackside incident report from turn 4. The stewards found Mr. K Quinn in breach of NCR 183 (x). A time penalty of 30 seconds was added to Mr. K Quinn's Race 1 race time.

Race 2:
Stewards held an inquiry into an incident involving Matt Coleman car #62 and Tony Quinn car #8 at turn 8. After viewing video footage and other evidence, the incident was deemed a racing incident.
