Skip Barber trained talent is by no means limited to the inside of its race cars. While we become accustomed to our drivers advancing to the big leagues, a number of our crew excel here as well, drawing attention from the likes of NASCAR, CART FedEx Championship Series and its Dayton Indy Lights Series. Earlier this year, former mechanics Todd Phillips and Keith Burton moved up to Team Rahal in the CART FedEx Series. This season, several more of our crew have exchanged the "unis" of the Skip Barber organization for crew uniforms elsewhere. Here's an update on this year's graduating class; Skip Barber trained mechanics that are now getting their hands soiled with the most prominent teams in North American motorsports.
