Barber Dodge Pro Series mechanic Ross MacLeod was honored with the Pi Data Technician of the Race Award for his hard work and dedication over the long Memorial Day Weekend.

Each round of the Barber Dodge Pro Series, a member of the Pro Series crew is recognized for the special efforts put forth during that round. MacLeod, a long-time member of the crew based out of Sebring, Fla. is a gearbox specialist known for his good humor and dedication to the job. For his efforts, MacLeod received a $100 cash bonus and another $100 donated in his name to the year end mechanic’s fund from Pi Research, Inc., makers of the Pi Data on board computer data acquisition systems.

Kudos to Senior Crew Chief Keith Dalton and the entire Barber Dodge Crew for an outstanding effort put forth over the weekend. Not a single Barber Dodge Reynard failed to finish the fourth round race at Lime Rock Park due to a mechanical failure. That is a testament not only to the work of the crew, but also to the engineering and test driver staff led by Series Engineer Louis D’Agostino, who all work tirelessly to ensure the most reliable, and competitive package possible.
