* The Formula Dodge National Championship is part of the $1 million Skip Barber Scholarship Ladder, the most comprehensive motorsports ladder in North America.

* All drivers race in identically prepared Formula Dodge R/T 2000 racecars. These cars are powered by a 2-liter Dodge motor and driven through a sequential 5-speed gearbox (in use from June 2000). The R/T 2000 rides on specially developed Michelin Pilot CS racing slicks. Aerodynamic package is designed by Reynard Motorsport.
