By now we are all certainly aware of the strange weather that befell the Barber Dodge Pro Series at Nazareth a week ago. While it certainly took a toll on everyone, spare a thought for the mechanics, who more than anyone else endured the bone chilling cold in an effort to maintain the entire fleet of Barber Dodge Reynard 98E racecars in perfect trim. Their efforts were validated by virtue of not a single mechanical DNF over the course of the 60-lap race on the Nazareth Speedway oval.

As a shining example of that dedication, Jason Sobush was singled-out as the Pi Data Technician of the Race. For his above and beyond efforts, Sobush received a $100.00 cash bonus in addition to $100.00 donated in his name toward the year-end mechanic’s fund from Pi Technologies Inc. New to the Barber Dodge Pro Series this year, Sobush, an alignment specialist, came from Russell Pro Racing.
