Sponsor, Internet Design and Technology Group (www.idtg.net), announced that Chris Fowler will be competing in the Formula Dodge National Championship Series. The driver's debut will take place on March 15 at Sebring International Raceway in Sebring, FL. The race will be held in conjunction with the 12 Hours of Sebring race, allowing extensive exposure for the young drivers competing in this prestigious series. Chris' exceptional performance in the Regional Series prompted Formula Dodge to select him to become a part of the elite group of twenty-four drivers competing in the National Series.

The National Championship, presented by RACER, is one of the most competitive and cost-effective championships in existence. This racing series is designed for the young, aspiring professional racer. Talent and a proven track record are your credentials to be a contender. The Championship conducts events at Formula Dodge Championship weekends and at major auto racing events. Coverage in RACER magazine, ESPN 2 and other national and international media will bring those who succeed to prominence.

The Formula Dodge National Series awards the Championship winner, the rookie of the year, and the shoot-out (selective race) winner with a fully paid season in the Barber Dodge Pro-Series. The Barber Dodge Pro-Series is the official Entry Level Professional Race Series of CART. In its seventeen-year history, the Series has seen a number of champ car stars, both past and present, make their professional racing debuts. Among those are Robbie Buhl, Bryan Herta, Kenny Brack, Juan Montoya, and in 2002, Townsend Bell was added to the list. Countless others have used this series as a point of embarkation onto the middle rungs of the CART ladder.
