US-FF2000: Witness Racing Charlotte preview

Bragg Set to Run First US FF2000 Event

Witness Racing driver Ennis Bragg will race in the first professional race of his career this weekend as the team heads for Charlotte, NC for the US Formula Ford 2000 double-header. Bragg is in his first year of SCCA Club Racing competition and currently leads the points race in the South Atlantic Road Racing Championship. Ennis has captured 3 wins and 3 pole positions this year along with 3 second place finishes. Stepping up to the SCCA National level late in the year, Ennis scored 12 National points competing in just 3 of the last 4 Southeast Division events. Ennis will drive the Witness Racing 1988 Reynard at the Charlotte event competing for the B class honors. The team is currently seeking sponsorship to run a full season of US Formula Ford 2000 next year. Founded by driver Ennis Bragg in 1996, Witness Racing stands as a witness to the strength of God and the hope which is found in Jesus Christ. Ennis was the 1996 Team Leader of the Georgia Tech Motorsports Formula SAE team. He drove Autocross and Endurance events for the team at the annual Formula SAE competition from 1994-1996 capturing a 1st place finish in the 1994 Autocross event.
