Barcelona, 3 October 2002 The FFSA National Appeal Court reunited in Paris the 2nd of October has accepted the Appeal putted by the Vergani Racing Team after its driver, Matteo Bobbi, received a 10 seconds penalty in the second race of the meeting held at Magny Cours the past 31st of August.

The Appeal Court has seen the incident between Bobbi and the Spaniard Santiago Porteiro as a simple 'race incident'. Bobbi has trying to overtake Porteiro when the last one exited the track. Now Bobbi recovers his victory achieved in Magny Cours.
