CRANDON, WI -- The Lucas Oil World Series of Off-Road Racing has announced the formation of a PRO Driver's Advisory Council (P-DAC). The Council will provide racer consultation to the World Series in the areas of safety, rules, marketing, track design, scheduling, sponsors and more.
Appointed are three veteran championship racers from WSORR's professional ranks. They include Scott Taylor (PRO 2WD high performance pickup racing class); Chad Hord (PRO Light Pickup class); and Scott Douglas, PRO 4x4 high performance pickup racing class). All three champion off-road racers are among the most well-known in off-road racing circles and bring more than 75 years of combined experience to the Council.
P-DAC joins an existing group of World Series SRT Division class representatives that provide valuable input and advice on similar rules and direction for that division. Six racers are included on the SRT-DAC. The WSORR SRT Division is a stepping stone division to the PRO ranks.
