Series history and growth

NASCAR race winner and Baja 1000 champion Robby Gordon revived Mickey Thompson's stadium off-road racing concept back in 2012. It is a bit of a cousin to the TORC and LOOR series. This new form of extreme truck racing has seen a notable growth in popularity since its inception and has been run as a support event for a number of IndyCar races. It was even added to the X-Games earlier this year.

These powerful 600bhp machines race both on dirt and asphalt on circuits fitted with temporary jumps.
