May 23, 2003 -- Belvidere, IL -- The 2003 Lucas Oil CORR (Championship Off-Road Racing) series is about to begin in Dresser, Wisconsin. CORR racers will compete for the first time, at the 35th annual "Memorial" Off-Road Rally.

Scott Taylor, the 2002 Pro-2 Champion, and his Mobil 1 BF Goodrich Tires Ford F-150 is ready to take on the competition. -- " We have been ready for over a week. The team is anxious for the season to begin. Not only do we want to win races, and win the championship, but we want to ensure maximum exposure for all our marketing partners. Last season marked Scott's fourth consecutive CORR championship. The 2003 championship trail will be tougher than ever, with several new competitors moving up from the Sportsman ranks, as well as, the West Coast desert racing ranks. This continued growth of CORR competitors proves that CORR offers challenging racetracks, top competition, and great marketing tool for sponsors.

The first round of competition will be televised on Speed TV, Thursday, July 10, at 10pm eastern time.
