The second and final day of professional qualifying ended today. A total of 32 Pro Stock Truck drivers battled to be among the field for raceday.

John Coughlin started the final day of qualifying sitting in the No. 4 spot. He did not improve during the third session. John ran a 7.577 at 177.23 mph and was the sixth quickest of the session. John moved down to the No. 5 position.

"We have continued to make very competitive runs," said John. "The small measurable changes that we have been making are showing results."

In the third session Mike Coughlin improved his qualifying time. He ran a 7.556 at 177.25 mph and made the second quickest pass of the session. Mike landed in the No. 4 spot.

"The team is doing a great job," noted Mike. "They are giving me all the tools to do my job."

John Coughlin ran a 7.600 at 178.21 mph during the final qualifying session, which was the fifth quickest and fourth fastest run of the session. He did not improve and will start raceday from the No. 5 position. John will face off against Tim Freeman in the first round.

"We are ready for raceday," stated John. "I think that we have a great handle on the track, which should really help us tomorrow."

Mike remained in the No. 4 position after the final qualifying session.  He
ran a 7.611 at 177.32 mph.  Mike was the sixth quickest and fastest of the
session.  Mike will line up next to Steve Farr in the first round.

"We made a good run our last time down the track," commented Mike. "We should see the same conditions tomorrow."
