Ennis, TX. -- It has been six long months since 25 year old Australian Top Alcohol Dragster driver Kate Harker has been behind the wheel in competition. At this weekends O'Reilly Auto Parts Supper Start batteries NHRA Fall Nationals Harker will take the seat of the Randy Meyer Racing, R2B2 Motors A/Fuel dragster.

R2B2 Motors with the support of CEO, Roger Burgess will be the lead sponsor on the Meyer Racing Team dragster at this weekend's event held at the Texas Motorplex. The company builds, restores, customizes and sells hot rods, muscle cars, exotic cars, popular high-end SUVs and custom motorcycles for customers worldwide. "Diana and I would like to thank Roger and his wonderful people for their continued support of our racing programs." Said Kate "Roger understands how tough it can be off the track and the dedication required to make a successful business. We are privileged to know Roger and are gratefully for the opportunities that he has presented us."

Kate made the decision in March to step back from driving duties to focus her energies into the teams marketing programs for the 2009 season. Whilst at the same time resuming her crew duties on her father's Top Alcohol Funny car and helping him win his second NHRA National event in Topeka, KS earlier this year. Kate also cheered on as identical twin sister; Diana wheeled the Meyer Racing dragster to three finals and became the First Australian Women to win an NHRA National event.

"It has been tough to sit on the sidelines, but I believe things happen for a reason and if I had not stepped back to focus on our marketing we could have missed a lot of opportunities" said Harker "I am excited to be driving the car usually occupied by my twin, Diana. Randy and Mary Meyer have a first class operation and I know the team goes to the start line with a fast and safe vehicle. I have every confidence in the team and myself this weekend."

Twin sister, Diana will take on the role of head cheer leader this weekend sharing her driving experience of the Meyer A/Fuel dragster with Kate. Diana has competed with Randy and Mary Meyer at twelve events this season. They currently sit 8th in the Lucas Oil National points and 3rd in the Division 5 series. R2B2 Motors will continue their support as Diana will resume driving duties at the LODRS Division Four event in Shreveport, LA across October 3-5, 2008.
