Coughlin Brother's are ready for battle.

Four to go! The battle for the 2002 NHRA POWERade Pro Stock Championship is heating up with each event. As the team's head down the final stretch the pressure increases with each event.

Jeg Coughlin Jr sits in the No. 2 position ready to strike. Coughlin is a mere 12 points from reclaiming the top spot in NHRA's most competitive professional class. The 32-year old second generation driver has won five of the last eight events.

"It's crunch time for everyone. There is just no room for mistakes in Pro Stock and the importance of each round is immeasurable right now," explained Jeg.

Troy Coughlin is looking to break into the top ten. He has driven his Jeg's Mail Order Chevy Cavalier to one final round and walked away with the victory in Topeka, KS.

"Pro Stock is cut throat right now. It's great for the fans to see such close door-handle-to-door-handle racing every time down the track. I think that Pro Stock will only get more competitive and that is what motivates the great teams," said Troy.
