Craig Treble second after final qualifying session.

Gainesville, FL: Craig Treble qualified the Matco Tools Suzuki in the No.2 spot for Sunday's eliminations at the NHRA Gatornationals, event No.1 of the 15 race POWERade Pro Stock Bike Series.

Treble slipped from the top spot that he held after Fridays two sessions, but finds himself in a better position going into eliminations than he did a year ago when he won this event. "We had to scrub in a new tire, and we would rather do it on Saturday than try to get away with it during the race" stated Matco Tools Crew Chief Calvin Aswege. "Then in the final session, we put in our No.2 motor from last season in to get a baseline on just where we were with this track. We have lots of data with that old motor, but it is coming out for Sunday and our new Vance & Hines motor we ran on Friday is going back in." Calvin explained.

Craig Treble added, "I think we're in good shape, I just need to do my job. Calvin will have the bike all tuned up for tomorrow. Were right there and ready to go."
