Troy Coughlin and his yellow and black JEG'S Mail Order Chevy Cavalier began the second and final day of qualifying focused on improving from the No. 13 position.

Troy stepped up to the plate for his first run on Saturday and laid down an impressive run of 6.734 at 203.77 mph. The run move him up to the No. 10 position.

"We learned a lot from our first run yesterday (Friday) and we are headed in the right direction," explained Troy. "The conditions we are seeing are better than the track can handle. The key is to not step over the line and be too aggressive."

In the final session Troy did not improve. He slipped to the No. 12 spot and will face off against Allen Johnson in the opening round on race day.

"We did not make the type of running we were looking to make during the final session," commented Troy. "We will continue to use the data from both cars to help us both improve for race day."
