Camarillo, CA (Januuary 9, 2003) -- Cruz Pedregon Racing announced today an associate sponsor partnership with Honeywell's Bendix Brakes unit for the 2003 POWERade Drag Racing season. The Bendix® brand will officially display its famous blue and white colors on the Advance Auto Parts Funny Car in February at the K&N Filters Winternationals in Pomona, CA.
"We are excited that Bendix will be an official sponsor of the Cruz Pedregon/Advance Auto Parts Racing Team in 2003. Cruz Pedregon, entering his second full season as owner and driver, has a great deal of appreciation for the Bendix support and is committed to the brand's awareness campaign through exposure on and off the track.
