HOUSTON, Texas -- Greg Anderson, driver of the Vegas General Construction Pro Stock Pontiac Grand Am, arrives at Houston Raceway Park hot off a win at the last race in Las Vegas. POWERade Pro Stock points leader Anderson, is excited about his prospects at this weekend 16th annual O'Reilly Spring Nationals in Houston, Texas.

"It is always exciting to race in Houston," said Anderson of Concord, NC. "That racetrack is just so darn good. Combine that with sea-level altitude, and cool spring weather, and you will see a real fast race. I think, without a doubt, records will fall this weekend.

"I think we will do well in Houston this weekend. Right now my car and my team are so good; I cannot say enough about them. It will be a tough to get into the Pro Stock field in Houston, but I do not think it will be a problem for us.

"We have proven week after week that we have learned to adapt to any condition. It is nice to know that we can race in either altitude, like we had last weekend; or at sea level, like we had in Gainesville. That gives us lots of confidence coming into this race. Combined that with the momentum that we have coming off of last weekends win in Vegas, I think we are going to hard to stop."

Qualifying at the 16th annual O'Reilly Spring Nationals will take place on Friday April 11, and Saturday April 12. Eliminations begin at 11:00 AM CST on Sunday April 13.
