Portenga move up in points battle.
Steve Portenga is looking to move up this week in the "Pontiac Wide Track Grand Priz 200". He has raced two times this year in the Winston West, has two top five finishes and currently sits in the third spot only one point out of second place.
"We had a good race car at Phoenix International Raceway and got bumped around in the last laps before the finish due to a late caution and we lost our power steering at the Bullring in Las Vegas. I know I've had a better car than my finishes show." said Steve.
"These guys at Performance Motorsports have the equipment and the know-how to run in front. Our team is second to none based on our showing at Phoenix and the fact that they kept me on the lead lap at the Bullring during our last race."
