Mooresville, NC - (Wednesday, June 11, 2003) Chuck Gafrarar, is looking forward to another great race opportunity, this Saturday, June 14th, in the NASCAR Goody's Dash 150 at the famed Big Daddy's South Boston Speedway! Gafrarar who will pilot the Travel Club International - Icehouse silver 14 stated "I look forward to racing here again this season and hope to have a great finish for my sponsors."
Gafrarar represents Travel Club International, Icehouse, I. H. Caffey, Rusty Wallace - RWI Sports Marketing, INC., Mobil 1, MeadWestvaco and Long Shifters. Gafrarar commented on the regrouping after a disappointing Daytona finish stating "I needed to do what is best for the Sponsor Team as well as for the driver...we needed to work towards getting our Sponsors names out front. Life with change is never easy but the challenge for the win is always there and makes us stronger along the way."
The 2002 Rookie of the Year will take the wheel of Cam Strader's Mercury Cougar, prepared by Strader Racing. Gafrarar, who is coming off a great 4th place finish last month at Lowe's Motor Speedway in the Will Hobgood car, has great expectations for this weekends race at So Bo. Chuck said " I feel optimistic, my sponsor team is one of the best and to capture the win for them here at South Boston Speedway would be a memorable one. The track is filled with history and would be a great win for our Sponsor Team and fans." Interested business associates looking for unique advertising may contact Gafrarar through the Dash series website.
Gafrarar will next head to Kentucky Speedway, Sparta KY.and will be in the #14 silver rocket from the Hobgood Motorsport Team car prepared by Will Hobgood! This is a great opportunity and look forward to working with the team to bring the 14 over the finish line with a top five or better finish.
