Justin Wakefield holds steady in 10th place in the NASCAR Autozone Elite Division, Southeast Series

(Woodstock, GA) Gang Run Direct sponsored driver, Justin Wakefield, of Woodstock, GA moved into 10th place in NASCAR Autozone Elite Division, Southeast championship point standings after a 5th place finish at Greenville-Pickens (SC) Speedway. Wakefield's 5th place finish is his second top-5 of the season and his third top-10 of the season.

"The car handled very well at Greenville, and we finally were able to get another top-5 finish this season," says Justin of his 5th place finish in NASCAR sanctioned competition. "I have said all year long that our team is capable of a top-5 car every week, and we have been proving this the past few weeks."

Justin slides into 10th place in the ultra competitive NASCAR Autozone Elite Division, Southeast Series championship point chase going into the last two events of this season.

Wakefield and the Gang Run Direct team will be back in NASCAR action this weekend as the Southeast Series tour heads back to Kentucky Speedway for a 150 lap event.

"We have struggled some at Kentucky, but I really like racing there," quotes Wakefield. "We have been prepared for this race for a little more than a week now, so we are very excited about racing this weekend. We now have to think about the points race, so the whole team is geared up for a good showing," concluded Justin.
