ALL PRO "Cintas 200" to be run on Sunday afternoon.

GREENVILLE, SC (September 21, 2002)- The 'third time is a charm' theory will get put to the test at Greenville Pickens Speedway tomorrow, as the NASCAR "Cintas 200" All Pro event has been bumped up one day because of inclement weather. The Saturday evening race, originally set to roll at 8pm, has now been rescheduled for early Sunday afternoon.

The unusual Sunday afternoon show is not unprecedented at Greenville Pickens Speedway, as similar circumstances moved the "Bilo Bonuscard 200" lap All Pro event back in 1998, won by hometown favorite Toby Porter on a bright Sunday afternoon. Porter is scheduled again to compete in Sunday's "Cintas 200", along with local hopefuls Randy Gentry and Steven Howard. All Pro standouts Jeff Fultz and David Reutimann are locked in a fierce points battle, but neither have faired particularly well on the flat half mile turns of GPS in the past.

Gates will open on Sunday at 1pm, with the first race set to roll at about 2:30pm. Adult general admission for this special event will be $20, with children under 12 admitted free with a paying adult.

In addition to the feature event, a 25 lap Charger "Grand Challenge" race and a 20 lap Super Stock "Grand Challenge" race will be on the card. The winner of each respective race will pocket $1000. For more information, call the speedway office at 864-269-0852
