DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (July 1, 2002) - The 2002 Hills Bros. All Pro Series, NASCAR Touring championship awards banquet will be held Saturday, Oct. 26 at the Hilton Atlanta Airport and Towers in Atlanta, Ga. Point fund awards will be distributed to the top 20 finishers in this year's Hills Bros. All Pro Series campaign, which marks the series' 19th season and the first under the new sponsorship from Hills Bros. Coffee.

A "four-diamond" hotel, the Hilton Atlanta Airport and Towers just completed a $4 million renovation. The hotel has been the site of previous Hills Bros. All Pro Series banquets, most recently in 2000. This year's Hills Bros. All Pro Series championship is seemingly up for grabs, as two-time series champion Wayne Anderson has not competed on the series full-time in 2002. Championship contenders include second year driver Charlie Bradberry along with Jeff Fultz, David Reutimann and 2000 series champion Billy Bigley Jr.

Several special awards will be presented during the Oct. 26 event, including the Bud Pole Award, Gatorade Front Runner Award, Rookie of the Year Award, 76 Gasoline Award, Most Popular Driver and special awards from Hoosier Tire.
