E.WENATCHEE, Wash. (September 27, 2003) Gary Lewis of Bothell, Wash. scored his second victory of the season in NASCAR Elite Division, Raybestos Brakes Northwest Series At Wenatchee Valley's Super Oval Saturday night. Lewis' victory secured his fourth place position in the point standings and an invitation to the NASCAR Toyota All-Star Showdown at Irwindale (CA) Speedway in November, but the big winner on the evening was Jeff Jefferson of Naches, Wash. Jefferson claimed his first championship in racing after a career that has taken him from Street Stocks to the NASCAR Winston West Series.

Jeff Bailey finished second in the 150 lap event with Garrett Evans finishing third. Jason Jefferson was fourth, with Jeff Jefferson rounding out the top five. Jason Jefferson was crowned the Victory Circle Chassis' Rookie-of-the-Year after finishing second in the championship standings driving the only Dodge Intrepid in NASCAR Elite Competition.
