It is with regret that Gordon Racing announces that long time crew member and crew chief Roland "Rollie" Lachance Jr. will be leaving the team.

For over a decade, Rollie has been an integral member of Gordon Racing, helping the team and driver, Tracy Gordon achieve almost every racing accolade in the northeast.

Rollie, a devoted family man with a daughter and new son, cited family considerations and the added stress of full time, day to day operations of running a top NASCAR Busch North program in his decision to leave Gordon Racing.

Tracy and all the crew wish Rollie the best wherever his career and personal paths lead him.

No decision on a full time replacement crew chief has been made. For the short term the team will field its cars utilizing the experienced crew it has raced with for many years.
